Chances are if you’re following this feed you have a true appreciation of the floral world and some sort of manual addiction with paper and glue. Let’s throw in beautiful colors and a variety of methods for achieving botanical illusion and you, my friend, are a paper florist. You can raise your hand, it’s ok! If you are NEW to paper flowers I created something just for you. All of my courses are now bundled for a 15% savings on the entire school. One of the things you will notice when you enroll is I respond to comments immediately and LOVE to help. I also really enjoy seeing your adaptations and mods for my courses. It is what I want to see: my methods, your translations. And yes! You can sell the flowers you make from my courses. I hope you do! I share suppliers and supply lists, and most come with kits as an add-on so you don’t even have to worry about exactly what to buy. It’s melting weather out there so cozy up to your air conditioner and start crafting your paper flower world! A nice example of materials required to start a bouquet project.

About a year ago I started to write down a lot of little tips about becoming a paper florist that apply to most creative handmade fields and put it together into a free guide. Under “construction” I put “make twelve at a time to understand it”- sticking to that advice today🌿Find the free guide in my profile link towards the bottom! And enjoy these...I inked them between snows and stacking wood....we did a family work party and stacked three cord yesterday and my hands and are happily tired ❤️ . . . #maineartist #florabeane10 #makesomethingwonderful #paperflorist #paperferns #inked #doublette #dsfloral #paperfoliage #abmlifeiscolorful #imsomartha #papernotpicked #paperflowers #florabeane #paperartist

A now common practice of mine is to make a dozen or more at a time.

What a beautiful message in my inbox today from @heidimiscavage 🌺💪 She used this phlox snapshot from my garden as #paperflowerinspiration for some #paperweddingflowers ❤️ She shared some other beautiful images of her paper flowers and I'm trying to convince her to open a flower account! What do you think? Tell her in comments 😘 . . . . . #letsbeflowerfriends #paperphlox #growfloret #paperflorist #flowerfarmer #mainefarms #growit #makeit

A wonderful example of an artist (Heidi Miscavage) taking inspiration from a photo to create paper phlox.
